Department and site: Senior HR Advisor
Salary:£28,050 to £36,644 pro rata per annum
The Trust is looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, enthusiastic work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile, so that they can join our esteemed HR department. With the team currently undergoing expansion, a new Senior Advisor position has opened up.
The role will mainly focus on providing robust employee relations, as well as day- to-day management for the case work team itself. This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified HR Professional to build upon their experience and knowledge, as well as to develop their team management skills.
The post holder will take responsibility for the day to day supervision of the case work team, ensuring that high standards are achieved and that the organisation is adequately supported. A typical day will consist of supporting managers to conduct a complex investigation, designing and delivering training, or collaborating with the Casework Team Manager on service improvement projects.
In order to meet these responsibilities, applicants should be CIPD qualified, have considerable knowledge of employment legislation and a sound background in HR. Alongside this, you also must have excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to adapt in changing circumstances.
