An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Digital Transformation Directorate for a Customer Care Apprentice to work alongside the IT Service Desk team at Doncaster & Bassetlaw Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The training provider is Doncaster College; the successful candidate will be required to complete assignments as part of a college course, meeting deadlines set by the college for submission.

The role will include a mixture of administration duties working with the IT Service Desk Team. You will assist with record keeping, communicate with people on the telephone and in person, Answer calls on the IT Service Desk, reset users’ passwords, Log calls onto the Sitedesk System, attend meetings and take minutes and other general admin duties.  You must have good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and excellent communication skills.

Full training for the role will be part of your induction to the service along with the Level 2 Customer Care apprenticeship and will include study time.
