Journal Access

Over 1000 journals are available to browse online – all you have to do is:

1. Go to  http://www.evidence.nhs.uk and select the Journals and Databases link at the top-right of the page.
2. Scroll down to the ‘Journals’ section and select “Sign in to OpenAthens to see extra content purchased in your region”
3. Enter your NHS Athens log in details (not registered yet? – To register for an NHS Athens account, visit https://openathens.nice.org.uk/ )
4. You can now search over 1000+ journals through the A-Z listing.  If full text of the journal is available it will provide you with details of the coverage, any embargo periods and a link through to the provider site of that particular e-journal.
