Software available:

All Trust PCs provide access to the intranet, internet and the Microsoft Office suite – including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. You can also access several of the Trust clinical software packages if you have the appropriate access.

Logging in:

For those staff and students who do not have their own Trust Winframe account to log onto the PC, please sign in at the library desk. Library staff will then be able to log you on to a PC.

Headphones:

If you are accessing audio facilities on the PCs you will need to use headphones. Your own personal headphones can be used or you can purchase headphones from library staff at £2.00 per set.

Logging off:

Please ensure you log off at the end of your session – please don’t lock the computers.

E-learning:

Do you need somewhere to undertake your mandatory e-learning? Then the Knowledge, Library and Information Service is here to help you out. At DRI in the Library & Learning Resource Centre we have ten PCs available where you can undertake your e-learning programmes, and at Bassetlaw in the Library & Learning Resource Centre we have four PCs available.

Booking:

To guarantee availability you can pre-book a PC if you wish – telephone DRI on 01302 642894 or internal ext. 642894 or Bassetlaw on 01909 572917 or internal ext. 572917 to book/for further information.
