Early on in the life of #Proud2bOps we established partnership and relationships with the NHS Leadership Academy, NHS Improvement, AHSNs and to date has had senior leaders join us: Adam Sewell-Jones, Ellen Armistead, Richard Stubbs, Mike Chitty, Joe Harrison and Nick Harding.
Our network is committed to understanding, learning and developing new ways of working and enabling conversation at a senior operational level and profession. The group is particularly focused on influencing future design and delivery from an operational perspective and learning across systems.
