Following a review and substantial investment, our award-winning Information Team at the Trust is expanding to ensure it can continue to meet the needs of the organisation, delivering accurate, accessible and timely data to the various services within the organisation. Opportunities available:


Information Analyst:
37.5 hours per week (flexi-time), Band 5 (£24,907 – £30,615 Pro Rata Per Annum)

The main duties of the role centre around ensuring that local and national data is reported accurately and in a timely fashion. There is a requirement to balance a large workload set against national deadlines.

The role will require you to produce, analyse and report against varying data sources to provide key reports both internally and externally to help ensure that the Trust can provide the best service possible for all patients. You will be involved in developing new reports using new reporting technologies.

As well as providing support to provide statutory data you will also be asked to provide bespoke, ad-hoc information by the Clinical Divisions and supporting services. These requests can be varied and require a keen understanding of how services are delivered. This knowledge base will be gained over time with support from colleagues within the Team.


Information Developer:
37.5 hours per week (flexi-time), Band 6 (£31,365 – £37,890 Pro Rata Per Annum Pro Rata Per Annum)

You will be required to help design, build enhance and maintain our database and reporting systems. Working sometimes within a larger project team and sometimes individually you will be required to use the software tools at your disposal to meet the needs of the Trust. You will need good communication skills as you work with people to determine their requirements and with the team as we work together to fulfil those requirements.

The role is highly technical as you will be designing and building complex data handling systems using a variety of tools. Educated to degree level, or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline plus a post graduate diploma or equivalent experience in a software or information development role.  NHS developer experience is preferred but not essential and a solid background in T-SQL and the Microsoft SQL Server components is needed.


Senior Information Analyst:
37.5 hours per week (flexi-time), Band 6 (£31,365 – £37,890 Pro Rata Per Annum Pro Rata Per Annum)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst or someone looking to take the next step in their career to join our busy and highly skilled Information Team.

A logical thinker who can work using your own initiative, you will also be a confident and excellent communicator who is able to translate data to wide variety of people. This will enable them to clearly understand what you are explaining to help make informed decisions.

Educated to degree level, or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline plus a post graduate diploma or equivalent experience in a software or information development role.  Data/Performance Analyst experience is essential with an excellent track record of being able to produce high quality analytics using a variety of tools and methodologies as required.
