Band: 8b fixed term/Secondment for nine to 12 months, based at Doncaster Royal Infirmary.

This senior position will report to Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Emma Challans, and work in and across clinical/non-clinical teams in the delivery and performance of clinical services. Below is an outline of the post key responsibilities, offering operational, strategic and change management.

- Planning and implementation of the Hyper Acute Stroke Unit
- Capacity and demand planning
- Effective Patient Pathway – divisional improvement plan
- Performance – Medicine
- Engagement and support
