Do you want to acquire new skills and knowledge in the workplace, whilst also earning a nationally-recognised apprenticeship qualification? If so, then we have the perfect opportunity for you.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual, who is interested in a business admin and clerical role. The post will include a mixture of duties working within the department you are allocated to, such as: assisting with record keeping (paper and electronic); communication with others over the telephone and in person; using the photocopier, PC, telephone, and filing systems. Furthermore, you will need to ensure that processes are carried out in accordance with documented procedures, protocols, schedules and deadlines, while demonstrating the Trust’s agreed behaviours and values within the team.

In addition to dealing with day-to-day administration duties, you will also be required to attend study sessions with your college tutor. This is so that you can complete assignments or projects relating to the apprenticeship framework and present evidence portfolios  within specific time scales. This is compensated by taking 20% of your working hours away from your general duties, per week, in order to complete the standards.

As the post-holder, you will need to have strong communication and organisational skills, alongside the relevant qualifications. You must have the capacity to work under pressure, and be able to adapt to fluctuation in workload
