This is a unique and exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in developing a career as an Information Analyst within the NHS.
Data is a powerful commodity and the reliance on valuable interpretation of this data within the NHS is becoming increasingly vital to ensure we deliver the best possible care to our patients.
By joining the Information Department you will be contributing towards the development of improved levels of analytics as well as advancements in how data is provided using exciting software to provide information and analysis ‘on the go’ to key stakeholders.
The Information Department also provides information support to Corporate and Clinical Divisions within the Trust as well as nationally required information feeds.
The work demands a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as the ability and commitment to deliver work to deadlines. You will be a confident communicator, with good written and verbal skills.
This is an ideal role for either someone who has recently graduated who is looking to put those skills into practice or someone who has a keen interest in analytics from previous working experience. We are looking for somebody who can use the opportunity to develop their skills further whilst applying forward thinking analytical techniques which may result in career progression within the Department.
The post holder must have a minimum of one year’s experience in a relevant discipline or a degree in relevant discipline and be skilled in using spreadsheets, relational databases and analysing a variety of data using industry accepted techniques along with an ability to present to a wide range of stakeholders
The base will be Doncaster Royal Infirmary but you may be required to work across all sites within the Trust.
