You will be required to cover a 24/7 Rota which will include:
Days / evening / nights / weekends and bank holidays on a rotational basis. To include cross site working where necessary to cover sickness and annual leave.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Emergency Department team working as part of the front door assessment and streaming service (FDASS), Ambulance Assessment service and Minor Injuries Unit providing patient support and administration services. Duties include patient registration in order of priority, processing patient documentation and retrieval of patient records, reception duties, dealing with telephone enquiries, ordering transport for patients and booking patient appointments.
A confident communicator at all levels with the ability to display outstanding customer care skills. Excellent keyboard skills are essential with experience of working quickly and accurately under pressure.
