During the Covid-19 pandemic, health services have had to change the way that they work to continue to meet the needs of patients.
Local hospitals have had to change outpatient appointments from face to face consultations to video and telephone consultations.
Healthwatch Doncaster are working closely with Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (DBTH) to find out more about your experience of accessing your appointment via video or telephone call.
Your experiences and feedback will be used to develop and shape future services provided by DBTH.
