The ‘Choose Well’ app will help you to ‘choose well’ when you need to use NHS services in Doncaster, leaving urgent care to those who need it most.
The app will explain what each service does, when it should be used and where to find it.
The app uses GPS technology to signpost you to nearby services, displaying the information on an interactive map.
NHS services include:
- GP Practices
- Pharmacies
- Dentists
- Minor Injuries Unit
- NHS 111 (phone and online)
- Same Day Health Centre
- Sexual Health
- A&E
The App also includes notes and a reminder function to save any important information you wish to keep and reminds you of upcoming appointments.
An iOS version will be available shortly.
