SERVICE ASSISTANTS REQUIRED IN CLEANING, PORTERING, POST ROOM AND LINEN ROOM – ACROSS ALL SITES
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals in this varied and interesting role within the Services Department.
Hours / areas of Work – Various hours available. The successful candidate will be trained in various roles across the services department. We require the successful candidate to be flexible in relation to hours and days they are able to work.
General Duties – Service Assistants undertake all appropriate cleaning and portering duties within the hospital maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the hospital.
This is a physically demanding role with elements of carrying, lifting & moving items. Therefore, the person undertaking this role will need to be relatively physically fit.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be given.
