Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (DBTH) is one of Yorkshire’s leading acute trusts, serving a population of more than 420,000 across South Yorkshire, North Nottinghamshire and the surrounding areas.

As an Electrical Craftsperson at DBTH, you will be required to undertake a full range of routine, planned maintenance and installation work across our sites at Doncaster Royal Infirmary and Montagu Hospital, including the Trust’s associated properties. By undertaking this work, you will directly compliment the organisation’s commitment to ensuring our patients are provided the best possible care, both personally and within the environment they are treated.

It is essential you have completed a recognised electrical engineering apprenticeship, hold the relevant electrical engineering qualifications with the appropriate certification including proven trade experience. Knowledge and skills in areas including the 17th Edition wiring regulations, inspection and testing along with fault diagnostic skills are also essential.

You will also be expected to demonstrate a full range of skills related to the key work elements of the post together with a flexible, committed and conscientious approach to working.
