An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly motivated registered nurse who would enjoy the opportunity to develop high standards of person-centred care in our award winning Care of Older Peoples facility.
You will be working with colleagues in facilitating multi-professional assessment of care needs based on a holistic model.
