The AMM is an opportunity for patients, members of the public, colleagues and stakeholders to learn more about the Trust’s work, performance and priorities over the past year.
The meeting will include the formal presentation of DBTH’s Annual Report and Accounts for 2025/26, providing an open and transparent overview of the organisation’s achievements, challenges and future priorities.
Before the formal meeting begins at 5.30pm, attendees are invited to browse a range of information stands from 5.00pm, where they can meet colleagues from across the Trust and hear about local initiatives, improvement programmes and the services they provide.
The exhibition offers an informal opportunity to ask questions and find out more about the work taking place across Doncaster Royal Infirmary, Bassetlaw Hospital, Montagu Hospital and community services.
Mark Bailey, Chair of the Board at DBTH, said: “Our Annual Members Meeting is an important opportunity to share openly with our communities about the progress we’ve made over the past year, the challenges we continue to face, and our plans for the future.
“We want people to understand more about how their local NHS is changing, meet the colleagues delivering that change, and ask any questions they may have. Everyone is very welcome to attend.”
The event is free and open to all. For planning purposes, attendees are asked to register in advance.
