The Director of Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professions is a challenging and integral role and one which is critical to our long-term ambitions. As a registered nurse with significant experience, we need you to demand excellence in patient care and quality as well as having strategic insight, drive forward innovation and improvement in services and hold a commitment to collaboration, all of which must be achieved within tight financial control. A focus on these things will enable the Trust to make a positive difference to the lives of people we serve as well as ensuring the organisation delivers a safe, quality and consistent service for patients.
Specifically, we will be looking for an inspirational leader who can translate comprehensive professional development into outstanding patient experience. You will be central to delivering new strategies for Quality, Patient Experience and Innovation, reviewing our Infection Control and Prevention approach and driving our ongoing response to the Francis Report challenges for the NHS.
