The National Sleep Helpline
Offered by The Sleep Charity, this helpline is available for you to speak to specialist trained sleep trained advisors. You can call them on 03303 530 541 between 9am and 11am on Mondays – Thursdays and between 7pm and 9pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Local Sleep Tight Workshops
Join the Sleep Tight Workshop for sleep advice for children 2+ years. Training is delivered by practitioners at The Sleep Charity and cover the following topics:
- Understanding sleep cycles
- Common sleep issues and strategies to manage these
- Establishing appropriate routines
- Keeping sleep diaries and interpreting the data
- Environments
