Bassetlaw’s Tier 2 Weight Management Service: Your Health Your Way

Nottinghamshire’s new Integrated Wellbeing Service funded by Nottinghamshire County Council. They are there to help all residents of Nottinghamshire (excluding Nottingham city) get more active, eat healthier, manage their weight, drink less alcohol and stop smoking. They offer realistic and practical support for people to make life long healthy behaviour changes.

Bassetlaw Action Centre: Get Out Get Active

Get Out, Get Active is an exciting programme that supports disabled and non disabled people to enjoy being active together.  The aim of the programme is to understand the unique challenges that those with a limiting illness or long term condition face when participating in sport or physical activity.  They have lots of low intensity and group activities to get involved with.  The leaflet can be found here
