A crane will be used for two separate lifts of air handling equipment, at the following times:
- The first lift will be for a supporting steelwork frame, at 9.00am
- The second lift at 11.00am will be for the AHU itself.
Note this will take around 20 minutes for each lift on Monday 1 February 2021. Pedestrians routes past the ED entrance area will be stopped for a short period of time (although the South Corridor will still be available)
Security and Banksmen from the contractors will ensure that public are prevented from using this area and areas within ED during the lift.
We have arranged for the Pharmacy to use the internal entrance only
