As an Executive Director on our Trust Board, you will be responsible for the leadership and delivery of the Trust’s operational services, ensuring high quality care and the delivery of performance standards in a safe and sustainable way.

You will be capable of being both a skilled leader of services and board colleague who will role model and support positive and mutually respectful relationships at all levels of the organisation, championing inclusion and equality of opportunity.
