Contacting the call centre to reschedule or cancel your appointment? Try using the DrDoctor app if possible.

Please note that our call centre has been experiencing a large volume of calls.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you can do so through the DrDoctor app. Details of how to do this can be found on our changing or cancelling your appointments page.

If you don’t have access to a smartphone or tablet, you can still call to amend your appointment. However, we ask for the time being, that you only call about appointments which are scheduled for this week (Monday 6 March to Friday 10 March 2023).
