We ended last week having just discharged our 498th patient who has successfully battled Covid-19. We wish them the very best in their ongoing recovery. At the time of writing, we are caring for just three positive patients – all at Doncaster Royal Infirmary – we hope to see them clear of the disease soon and on their way home safely. If you’re out and about this weekend – stay safe, stay alert and please be sensible! 
One month has gone by without an additional Covid-19 death reported our hospitals. Our positive patient numbers remain low and we continue to be optimistic – so please continue doing what you’re doing. The people of Doncaster and Bassetlaw have reacted amazingly since Covid-19 swept the globe – let’s continue to do the right thing as we head towards winter.
