Outpatient Appointments (Booking Centre)

You might be offered an outpatient appointment at one of our hospitals following a referral from your GP

Contact service

Having trouble locating the department? Follow our picture way finder from Gate 1 & Gate 4.

An appointment to be seen at one of our four hospital sites will be made either after an electronic booking has been made by your GP surgery, via the Choose and Book system, or alternatively after a referral letter has been received from your GP.

Confirmation of your appointment details will be sent to you in a letter. If you have any queries or wish to change or cancel your appointment, you can contact the Booking Centre at either Bassetlaw Hospital or Doncaster Royal Infirmary. The team can also be contacted by email: dbth.contactcentre@nhs.net

When contacting the Booking Centre, to help us find your details quickly please have your Hospital number to hand – this is seven digit number beginning with a ‘D’  and can be found in the bottom right-hand corner of your appointment letter.  Alternatively, you will need to state your name and date of birth.
