When setting up an account within the NHS app, you will need to provide information to set your account up correctly. Then wait until your information has been verified, this process could take up to 24 hours. After this process, you should have full control over your health through your phone.
To be able to use the NHS app, you must be 13 years or older and registered with a GP surgery in the UK.
