If you delivered from the week commencing 10 April, please email dbth.infantfeedingteam@nhs.net as soon as possible.
In the email just state you have given your consent to be contacted, leaving your full name, date of birth and number.
We will then securely pass this onto UNICEF UK Assessors and they will contact you within 24 hours for completely anonymous feedback in regards to your infant feeding care. Your contact details are not stored and are deleted after the phone call!
