Known as ‘DrDoctor’, this new application is already live within a select number of services, and based on the positive reception, the Trust intends to roll-out it even further.
The convenient and intuitive system works by sending notifications over text or through email, reminding you of your upcoming appointment. In addition to this, DrDoctor boasts a few extras that should make attending hospital easier, like the ability to add your appointment to your phone calendar and a map function that shows you where to go.
How can I access this?
For you to make use of DrDoctor, it’s important that we have your most up-to-date contact details (either your phone number). You can provide these by informing the reception desk of any of our services, or by contacting your GP practice.
