Please wear a face covering when coming to our hospitals

Following the Government’s announcement on Friday (5 June), we are asking all visitors to the Trust to wear an appropriate face covering.

As a Trust, we are aiming to be compliant with this guidance by Monday 15. If you are coming to the hospital for an appointment or as a visitor, please ensure you have a face covering.

Face coverings can be purchased from a number of places and only need to be cloth and double-ply. These can also be made fairly simply, instructions can be viewed here.

Please note, if you are unable to purchase or obtain a face covering, we will be able to provide you with one. Please report to reception in the area you are attending/have an appointment and colleagues will be able to assist.

This change in the way we work will enable the Trust to further manage the decline of Covid-19 infections in our hospitals and in the wider community and we thank you for your understanding.

If you cannot wear a face covering due to your circumstances, please click here for an exemption card.
