The flu vaccine is recommended during pregnancy and can be given at any stage. It helps protect women from becoming seriously unwell with flu and also provides protection for babies during their first few months of life.
The vaccine will be available through antenatal clinics across the Trust and can be given at any stage of pregnancy.
How to get your vaccination at DBTH
Pregnant women can:
- Receive their flu vaccination when attending an antenatal clinic
- Arrange a dedicated vaccination appointment at an antenatal clinic
