Roadworkers to commence on Armthorpe Road from 8 November

Please take note if you’re coming to Doncaster Royal Infirmary

Works will commence on the footpaths on Armthorpe Road on Monday 8 November and last for approximately three weeks.  The team at the Council hope to complete the footway directly in front of the hospital within two weeks.

The work will be undertaken in sections to try and reduce the amount of disruption as much as possible.

Parking bays will be suspended to allow a pedestrian walkway to be installed whilst works are undertaken on the footway.  Due to being able to make use of the parking bays there is no requirement for traffic management on the carriageway.  Vehicular and pedestrian access will be available to all hospital access points at all times.

For those who normally park in these areas, please think about using the Park and Ride.
