Your views: The DBTH Visitor’s Charter

As an action of our newly launched Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professionals Strategy, we intend to roll-out a Visitors Charter, setting clear expectations for both visitors and colleagues within the Trust.

Built upon the principle of mutual respect, this charter emphasises the right of every individual to be treated with consideration, dignity, and respect, whether receiving care, or delivering it.

Aligned with the DBTH Way, the charter aims to uphold high standards of care and conduct within Trust’s facilities. As part of this initiative, we are seeking your feedback, as well as comment from our local communities, to ensure the charter reflects our values and aspirations.

For action: You can read the draft Visitors Charter by clicking here, and you can offer your feedback by completing this short form.

The deadline for this piece of work is 30 April.
