  • Eco Power Drive Through Phlebotomy (Previously known as Keepmoat) 08:30 AM 04:00 PM

Due to the high volume of patients waiting, it is advised to attend any hospital site before 16:30 to ensure that you are seen.

All Services are Monday to Friday and are closed weekends and bank holidays.

Please Note:  Opening times for children over the age of 5 are: 08:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 16:00.

No children under the age of 16 can be seen at the Eco Power Drive Through Phlebotomy (Keepmoat).

You may have been referred for a blood test to confirm your Doctor’s diagnosis, to check on your state of health or to check to see if your treatment is working and your health is improving.

We may also do testing to give an early warning of possible problems you may encounter or to monitor optimum drug levels as in Warfarin treatment.

No appointment is needed in the blood test area but certain times can be busier than others so you may have a small wait.

Children’s Blood Tests

Children Under 5 Your GP/Clinician must arrange an appointment with Children’s OPD for blood tests.
Children Over 5 Can be seen at Doncaster Royal Infirmary, Montagu Hospital and Bassetlaw Hospital OPD between 08:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 16:30
Children Over 16 Can be seen at Doncaster Royal Infirmary, Montagu Hospital and Bassetlaw Hospital OPD and the Eco Power Drive Through Phlebotomy 08:00 – 16:00

There are several hundred blood tests that can be done in the laboratory. Further information about your test, if you know what it is called, can be obtained from www.labtestsonline.org.uk.

Please be aware that we can only undertake the tests that your doctor has requested and cannot add on additional ones at your request.
