Throughout December, Doncaster Royal Infirmary, Bassetlaw Hospital and Montagu Hospital will once again shine bright with sparkling star lights, each illumination sponsored by a local business, organisation or family.
Sponsoring a star is a heartwarming way to unite children, families, and communities around a common cause, showing that even the smallest actions can make a big difference.
By working together, groups can collectively sponsor a star for just £300, with all funds going towards vital services at Doncaster, Bassetlaw, and Montagu hospitals.
Suzy Brain England OBE, Chair of Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals, said: “Christmas is a time for coming together, and what better way to unite our children, families, and communities than by sponsoring a Christmas star?
“This campaign allows schools and groups to play a meaningful role in supporting our hospitals, and in doing so, they are helping to make a real difference to the lives of patients and their families. I encourage everyone to join us in lighting up our hospitals and showing the true spirit of giving.”
By sponsoring a star, you’ll not only help brighten up the festive season for patients at Doncaster Royal Infirmary, Bassetlaw Hospital and Montagu Hospital, but you’ll also teach children the importance of kindness, generosity, and community.
It’s an opportunity to come together as a class, sports team, or activity group, and create a special memory while making a lasting impact on those in need.
Sponsorships start from £300, which can be funded over time, making it an affordable and meaningful way to give back this Christmas to the NHS.
