Update to antenatal appointments at Doncaster Royal Infirmary

Following a review of our current visiting restrictions, we are pleased to announce that those attending for antenatal appointments can now be accompanied by one other adult.

As a result of the pandemic and related infection, prevention and control measures, the Trust has had to implement certain restrictions to ensure the safety of both patients and staff, and these are regularly reviewed as per national guidance.

Those attending for appointments within the antenatal clinic are asked to wear an appropriate face covering at all times, and seating within the waiting area is arranged in such a way as to implement a one metre distance between visitors. Due to current restrictions, colleagues are asking that children do not attend.
