Immunology is the study of immune mediated disease, including autoimmunity, allergy and immunodeficiency.
At DBTH we have an Immunology laboratory at the Doncaster Royal Infirmary site. More specialist Immunology testing is referred to specialist centres at Sheffield or Oxford.
The Immunology laboratory is open from 9am to 5.15pm, Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).
Note there is no Clinical Immunology advisory service at DBTH. Clinical advice is available from the Duty Immunologist or Consultant Immunologist at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals.
