IAPT is part of Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDASH). Offers free confidential advice about mental health and wellbeing.
- Provides free information on mental health issues and therapies offered by the Trust.
- This includes prevention and self-help literature, the very latest computer based intervention programmes and an initial consultation with a health professional if required.
- Therapists will provide a wide range of talking therapies to help people experiencing mental health difficulties. Numerous therapies available and carers can also access help and information via this service.
